Amazing Skies Theater is the Museum's multi-generational drama troupe that brings history to life through original and pre-scripted historical reenactments, both on stage and up close and personal. This program allows students interested in the theatrical world a chance to train, act and assist in the production of living history performances around the Museum.
Getting Involved
Want to become a part of Amazing Skies? No previous experience or theater training is required! If you simply enjoy telling stories, we can help you become a successful living history presenter. With over 500 years of aviation history and a wide range of historical figures, we offer something for everyone. Amazing Skies also has plenty of interesting projects you can help out on that involve costumes, research, writing, stage management and more. Come in once a week, or once a month, shifts are typically 2 or 3 hours and we can always use an extra hand.
