SEATTLE, Nov. 1, 2013--The Museum recognizes the contributions of America's veterans at the annual Veterans Day Ceremony. The events begin on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month with the Boeing Employees' Concert Band, performing until 1 p.m. The formal ceremony begins at 1 p.m. The keynote speaker will be Vietnam War veteran Bill Bradfield, recipient of three Distinguished Flying Crosses for his service flying as a U.S. Air Force Forward Air Controller over Vietnam in 1968. Also speaking at the ceremony will be Museum President and CEO Doug King and City of Tukwila Mayor Jim Haggerton.

On Veterans Day all U.S. veterans and current U.S. military personnel will be admitted to the Museum free of charge. Otherwise, all Veterans Day programs are free with admission to the Museum.
