Franks Task Silhouette The Shilhouette is a modern, all-composite, sport aircraft designed as a kit for home-builders. Designed by Task Research, Inc., of Santa Paula, CA, the compsite specialists who produce parts and components for various Rutan designs, including the VariEze, Solitaire, and Viking Dragonfly. The Museum of Flight's example is the prototype for this series and was assembled and donated by Stan K. Franks on December 27, 1998 |
