The Campaign Communications Coordinator is a member of the Development Department. This position will create, and/or edit, and proofread all campaign written communications, including letters, proposals, and presentations. The Campaign Communications Coordinator ensures the high quality and professional polish for all written communications and collateral connected to the Museum’s comprehensive, multi-year campaign.
The Development Coordinator provides high level support for the Museum’s signature development events, operations, and prospecting functions. Through professional and highly personalized outreach, donors and prospects are stewarded and cared for. The coordinator provides seamless operational support for day to day department functions.
The Campaign Gifts Officer will be responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individual donor prospects during the course of The Museum of Flight’s multi-year comprehensive fundraising campaign. He/she will manage a portfolio of 150 individuals – in addition to a constant focus on discovery of new prospects – and be an integral member of the Museum’s dynamic development team.
The Individual Giving & Membership Manager develops, implements and manages a strategic Individual Giving and Membership plan. This position oversees all aspects of annual giving, direct mail strategy, and membership activities of the Museum. The position is metric driven, with success being defined through analytical measurements.
