Heartwarming tales of Angel Flight West

SEATTLE, Oct. 31, 2013--On November 9 at 2:30 p.m. The Museum of Flight presents a program about Angel Flight West, the volunteer pilot organization committed to helping people in need. Angel Flight West provides free, non-emergency air transportation for people in rural areas needing to travel to cities for medical treatment, for those in need of disaster relief, for children traveling to special needs camps, veterans, victims of domestic violence, and more. The organization helps thousands of people in 13 western states every year. Sharing stories at the Museum will be Ken and Gabrielle Adelman, a husband and wife team from California who fly for Angel Flight West. Pilots interested in flying for Angel Flight West are encouraged to attend the program. The presentation is free with admission to the Museum.
