B-52 Special guest of the Anniversary Celebration Dinner sponsored by Honeywell is former B-52 test pilot Brien Wygle. 4:30 p.m. Lecture
History of the B-52 Development and Testing
Theater presentation with The Museum of Flight curatorial staff and special guest, B-52 test pilot Brien Wygle. Wygle is a leader in Northwest aviation with unparalleled experience as a pilot, engineer and project manager for The Boeing Company. Until his retirement in 1990, he flew and participated in the development of every Boeing military and commercial jet airplane beginning with the B-47. In addition to being a test pilot on the B-52 program, Mr. Wygle was the chief pilot on the first flight of the Boeing 737 and co-pilot on the first flight of the Boeing 747.
5:30 to 7 p.m. Reception
No host cocktail reception in the Personal Courage Wing, with private tours of the exhibits. Guests include Vietnam War Operation Linebacker II participants, including Museum of Flight Trustee James Farmer, as well as other speakers in the Museum's B-52 60th Anniversary Symposium held that weekend.

Dinner in the View Lounge with special guest Brien Wygle and B-52 experts and veterans.
