In June 2016, we celebrated the opening of our new Aviation Pavilion and launched our first on-site virtual experiences. Interactive tours help preserve our aircraft and bring history to life for Museum visitors. A special thanks to Ryan Gaspar and Microsoft for supporting our first comprehensive VR project and Paolo Tosolini and Tosolini Productions LLC, Lyle Jansma and Jansma Design LLC, Matterport, and IntuiLab for providing the materials and technology necessary to ‘step inside’ our aircraft.
