  • Log onto the following website: https://boeing.yourcause.com/basic
  • Enter your BEMS ID, Click NEXT
  • Enter your Last name and BEMS ID (yes, you enter the BEMS ID again), Click NEXT
  • Enter your Password (this will be your new YourCause password) and then enter it again in the Confirm field. Enter your email address below -or-
    • If you already have a YourCause password, you will be asked for your BEMS ID and password only
  • You will see the Welcome Page, Click OK
  • Click on Gift Match
  • Click the button below to find your charity
  • Enter the charity name: Museum of Flight Foundation
  • Enter the city: Tukwila
  • To view the Museum of Flight’s profile, Click View Profile
  • If you’d like to add The Museum of Flight to your Favorites, you may Click the heart icon
  • If you’d like to see the Boeing matching gift rules, Click View Rules. The minimum donation eligible for matching is $25.00.
  • Click on the blue button “Log an Offline Donation” (for gift matching). --Do not Click “Make a New Donation” as that is for making a donation (via a credit card), not gift matching
  • Enter the Donation Amount
  • Enter the Donation Date
  • Select the Type of Donation: Cash, Credit Card, Check, or Stock
  • Add a Designation (for your matching gift) – if any. You may enter unrestricted, theater, PCW, etc.
  • Upload your Proof of Donation or Receipt (Required – This may be a screenshot, photo, or PDF of the Letter or email receipt from your donation. Please do not upload canceled checks or copies of checks as proof.
  • Below this is the Drag & Drop File box which includes the option – Upload File (by Clicking)
  • Click Add to Cart to checkout (or process is NOT complete)
  • Checkout Now
  • Check off $ amount and APPLY MATCH
  • Privacy – Pull down menu to select what information you want to share with the charity --Please share more than first and last name as many Boeing employees have the same names
  • Click CONFIRM
