Participants are invited to come investigate the movement of the air around us and make a windsock to measure the wind outside! We will learn a bit about how a windsock works, why they are important, and explore what we can discover by watching the wind.

3 Sessions Available!

Monday April 6 | 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM

STEM Starters is a monthly program series geared specifically for our youngest Members! Children ages 3 to 5 and their co-pilots (one adult helper per child is required to be present and participate) are invited to explore the wonders of aerospace during this fun, educational program. Space is limited to 12 adult/child pairs at each program. Due to limited space, supplies, and developmentally appropriate curriculum, we are unable to make accommodations for additional children (such as younger siblings), even if they are not participating. Children must be between the ages of 3 and 5.
