Join Museum of Flight Docent Mike Burns in this virtual presentation of the infamous skyjacking of November 24, 1971, onboard Northwest Orient flight 305. Mike will dive into details about the plane that "Dan Cooper" (or D.B. Cooper) commandeered, a Boeing 727, using photos and a cabin walkthrough utilizing the Museum's Matterport scan of the interior of our 727.

Mike will also guide you through the sequence of events that led up to his unconventional mid-air deplaning from the aircraft, which remains the only unsolved skyjacking in US history! Registration is not required for this member exclusive event.
