The Museum is a fantastic place to host your child’s birthday. You’ll enjoy a private party room just for you and your guests, plus complimentary admission for each guest the day of your party. 

How to book your Birthday Party in four easy steps: 

  1. Select your Party Location: Annex A or Aviation Pavilion (seasonal availability) 
  2. Select your Date and Time (subject to availability on Saturdays and Sundays only) 
  3. Decide if you want Catering or if you will bring in your own food (restrictions may apply) 
  4. Arrive and Enjoy the party!

Annex A (available year-round) 

Located right outside the Museum’s Main Entrance and adjacent to Boeing Field, guests can celebrate in your private, party room and watch planes go by outside. 

Rental Fee: $300, includes: 

  • FREE on-site parking 
  • Complimentary Museum admission the day of your event for up to 40 guests max. 
  • Tables, chairs and linens are included 
  • Guest Capacity: 40 max. 
  • NOTE: This room is only accessible by stairs, please reach out to your coordinator for accessibility accommodations.

Aviation Pavilion (June through September only) 

Our covered, open-air Aviation Pavilion showcases 19 of our most iconic commercial and military aircraft. Enjoy your party in a semi-private space surrounded by large artifacts like the Boeing B-17, Air Force One and Concorde! 

Rental Fee: $500, includes: 

  • FREE on-site parking 
  • Complimentary Museum admission the day of your event for up to 40 guests max. 
  • Tables, chairs and linens are included 
  • Guest Capacity: 40 max. 
  • Only available June through September

Food & Refreshments

You have options when it comes to Birthday Parties at the Museum. You are welcome to bring in your own self-contained food (I.e. - veggie trays, sandwiches, chips, cake, ice cream, pizza, and beverages).  

Please, no outside deliveries or food that requires the use of an oven or fridge. 


Interested in Catering options? Our exclusive, in-house caterer offers kids menus for birthday parties. Please inquire with your Event Coordinator for more information. 


Decorations

You may bring in any decorations that you would like, except for glitter, confetti and balloons. 

For Aviation Pavilion party rentals, only table decorations are allowed. Please keep in mind the venue does get windy. 

NOTE: Balloons, open flames or candles are not allowed.
