In honor of our new exhibition, Art+Flight, we asked designers to channel their inner artist to create spacesuits fit for an ARTstronaut!
We invite you to join us as we watch the Top 20 spacesuit designers from the all ages Spacesuit Design Challenge strut their stuff in the ARTstronaut Fashion Show on Saturday, August 19, 2023.
A panel of judges including, Nicole Stott, astronaut and artist, and Captain Montgomery, the Glam-dalorian, will decide the winning design for each age category (four categories total) and the four winning spacesuits will be displayed in one of the Museum’s galleries.

The Intent To Participate Deadline was Sunday, August 6 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Attending the Fashion Show is FREE with Museum admission.
Presented as part of the Museum's new Art+Flight exhibition on display June 10, 2023 through January 7, 2024.
