The pilots stationed in France during World War I would often end the day with good meal and a bottle of local wine. We offer a dining experience that recreates that tradition with an intimate gourmet dinner surrounded by our rare and colorful planes flown by the “Knights of the Air” a hundred years ago. The gallery is yours as you enjoy Champagne, then relax to your table. Dinner is set with French wine and vintage cuisine prepared by the chef from McCormick & Schmick’s Catering.
The experience includes a brief tour of the gallery with an expert guide, and an exclusive peek into the cockpit of a rare fighter from the Great War. Photos? Bien sur!
